At LabsDAO we are building Inkd.ai - the future of real estate transactions by developing an AI assistant that makes contract generation, compliance, and property data workflows seamless. We have a bold vision: to reinvent how real estate professionals handle complex paperwork and client interactions.
We’re looking for a Frontend / FullStack Engineer to bring that vision to life by creating intuitive, polished, and responsive web + mobile experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using Next.js, React, React Native, and TypeScript.
- Design and implement beautiful, responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS and animation frameworks like Framer Motion.
- Collaborate with backend and MLOps engineers to integrate APIs and AI functionality.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences for agents and clients.
- Ensure applications are fast, secure, and accessible across platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in frontend or fullstack roles.
- Strong skills in Next.js, React, React Native, Node.js, Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with mobile UI/UX design principles (iOS & Android).
- Familiarity with REST/GraphQL integration.
- Strong collaboration and user-empathy mindset.
Bonus Points
- Experience with design systems (Figma, Sketch).
- Background in real estate or legal tech applications.
- Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWA) or offline-first design.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, React, React Native, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with UI/UX animation frameworks (e.g., Framer Motion).
- Experience with mobile UI/UX design principles; building intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces for iOS/Android apps.
- Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and responsive design.
- Understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs and ability to integrate them into web/mobile apps.
- Strong sense of user empathy, able to translate complex functionality into smooth, intuitive user flows.
- Collaboration-focused, comfortable working closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Attention to detail in design implementation, pixel-perfect UI delivery.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with Figma/Sketch/Zeplin design integration.
- Exposure to real estate or legal tech applications.
- Familiarity with progressive web apps (PWA) and offline-first design.
- Experience with cross-platform app deployment (iOS, Android).
- 5+ years in frontend or fullstack roles.
- Experience shipping production-grade applications with polished user interfaces.
