We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Lead to establish and maintain the highest standards of security across our systems, from cloud infrastructure to AI pipelines.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of application, cloud, and network security.
- Implement IAM, secrets management, zero-trust architecture.
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
- Oversee compliance readiness (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA if applicable).
- Mentor developers in secure coding practices and embed DevSecOps into our workflow.
- Work closely with leadership to balance speed vs. security trade-offs.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in cybersecurity roles, ideally in leadership.
- COMPTIA Security+ certification (required).
- Strong background in DevSecOps, SIEM/SOAR tools (Splunk, GuardDuty, Security Hub).
- Experience with compliance certifications and audits.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate risks into actionable recommendations.
Bonus Points
- Experience guiding SOC2 or ISO27001 processes.
- Background in real estate, fintech, or legal tech security.
- Familiarity with blockchain/smart contract security.

- COMPTIA Security+ certification (required).
